Much like Corporals and Sergeants are often described as the backbone of the Marine Corps, Team Leaders and Crew Chiefs serve as the backbone of our field operations. They carry responsibility for leadership, standards, execution, and mission accomplishment on move day.
Moving Specialists are the professional operators who execute the mission alongside them.
Many Moving Specialists eventually become Team Leaders and Crew Chiefs. Many do not. Both paths are respected.

The Role: Moving Specialist
As a Moving Specialist at Two Marines Moving, you are a front-line professional on move day. Your responsibilities include:
Executing assigned tasks to standard
Protecting client belongings and property
Working efficiently and safely within a team
Following established procedures without shortcuts
Supporting your Team Leader and Crew Chief
Contributing directly to mission success
You are not expected to lead the team.
You are expected to perform your role professionally and consistently. That responsibility carries real value.
