From the Battlefield to Moving
Nick Baucom founded Two Marines Moving on November 10, 2008, following his six-year service in the Marine Corps. Raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he enlisted in high school, driven by the events of 9/11. After completing infantry training at Camp Geiger, he deployed to Iraq in 2003 with Kilo Co 3/23, earning a Combat Action Ribbon. His unit also received the prestigious Presidential Unit Citation for their bravery in combat—an achievement he values as a true team honor.
After his second mobilization during “The Surge” in Iraq, Baucom was honorably discharged in 2008. Determined to apply the discipline and leadership he gained in the military, he established Two Marines Moving on the Marine Corps’ birthday. What started as a vision has grown into a company known for its strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to service—a history that is still being written.

Two Marines Moving started as a moving company on November 10, 2008. The company took a life of it’s own. It became more than a moving or storage company. Two Marines Moving became a symbol of patriotism, grit, and self-determination. Two Marines Moving represents freedom and independence. Two Marines Two Marines Moving is a lifestyle. We support the 1st amendment, 2nd amendment, and the Patriots that defend our unique America rights under the Constitution.
We’re a community that supports one another. We come from a place where “got your six” means something. Two Marines Moving donates 50% of all profits to causes that support our veterans, entrepreneurship, and traditional American values.
