Two Marines Moving Is Hiring Team Leaders

Mission First. Team Always.

Two Marines Moving is growing, and we are actively hiring Team Leaders—the front‑line leaders who make or break the client experience on move day.

This is not a “driver job” with a fancy title.
This is a leadership billet.

If you take pride in standards, accountability, and leading from the front, keep reading.

The Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Two Marines Moving, you are the Small Unit Leader on the ground.

You are responsible for:

  • Leading your crew through complex, real‑world moves
  • Protecting the client’s home and belongings
  • Maintaining discipline, pace, and professionalism
  • Making decisions under pressure
  • Representing the company in front of the client

The Team Leader sets the tone.
The Team Leader enforces the standard.
The Team Leader owns the outcome.

What “Mission First, Team Always” Means in This Role

Mission First means the move is executed safely, efficiently, and professionally—every time.

Team Always means you do not burn your people out, tolerate dysfunction, or sacrifice standards for convenience. You lead, you train, and you hold the line.

We take troop welfare seriously:

  • Proper training before responsibility
  • Clear expectations before correction
  • Quality equipment and procedures
  • Industry‑leading pay for disciplined performance

High standards and taking care of the team are not opposites here—they go together.

Who This Role Is For

Successful Team Leaders at Two Marines Moving tend to:

  • Lead by example, not volume
  • Show up early, prepared, and squared away
  • Communicate clearly with clients and crews
  • Hold themselves accountable before anyone else does
  • Take pride in doing hard work the right way

Military NCOs, SNCOs, officers, first responders, and high‑accountability civilian leaders often excel—but mindset matters more than resume.

If you need constant supervision, motivation, or exceptions, this is not the role for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and coordinating your crew throughout the entire move
  • Ensuring safe, damage‑free handling of client belongings
  • Maintaining pace, morale, and discipline on site
  • Communicating professionally with clients at all times
  • Making judgment calls when plans change
  • Completing required documentation and accountability checks

This is real leadership, not babysitting.

What We Offer

  • Industry‑leading pay tied to performance and responsibility
  • Weekly pay
  • Clear advancement paths for proven leaders
  • Consistent standards—no chaos, no guessing
  • A team culture built on trust, accountability, and professionalism

We invest in leaders who meet the standard.

What We Do Not Offer

We are upfront about this:

  • No tolerance for chronic excuses
  • No entitlement culture
  • No “family” language to avoid accountability
  • No lowering standards to keep people comfortable

We protect high performers by holding the line.

Why Team Leaders Choose Two Marines Moving

Team Leaders stay here because:

  • Leadership is respected, not undermined
  • Standards are enforced consistently
  • Good work is recognized and rewarded
  • The team functions—and that makes the job better

You’ll feel the difference quickly if you belong here.

The Bottom Line

If you want:

  • Meaningful responsibility
  • Fair, industry‑leading pay
  • A team that takes pride in execution
  • Leadership that backs its standards

Then Two Marines Moving may be the right next step.

If not, that’s okay—we’d rather be clear now than disappointed later.
